 We recommend scooping the amount desired into one of our eco friendly wheat plastic trays and taking THAT to the shower or bath with you; keep container away from water as much as possible; water can breed bacteria. Gently massage scrub into your skin, you'll notice thing white layer of lotion forms, continue to massage lotion into your skin. Rinse clean and pat skin dry.
